I have been teaching at Abiding Hope since 2008. I love teaching the Kindergarten age group. Kindergarten is so important as it sets the tone for children learning to love school. Reading is my favorite subject to teach. It is so rewarding to see the kids eager to learn to read and how proud they are when they can read by themselves. I love working at a Christian school where Bible stories can be taught and the children can learn about God's love. When I'm not at school I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 kids. We enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and biking.
